There’s a reason most comp prep fails. We don’t mean fails in the sense of not getting the client lean. Basically any comp prep protocol will get a person lean if they stick to it. We mean fails in the sense that the client completely blows out after the show with water retention and fat loss, loses all motivation to train, and their body never responds to dieting and training as effectively again. That’s what we consider a failed comp prep.
