I’ve worked in gym’s and with people for a long time, and in that time I’ve learned that a perfectly periodised training program and meticulously planned diet won’t do a single thing if the person carrying out the program isn’t enjoying it and doing it for the right reasons.
This is why my approach is always focused on getting to know the person in front of me deeply, so that I begin to understand WHY you’re coming to me in the first place – this lets me develop a program which will be based on solid science along with a solid understanding of you as a person. If you currently see training as a chore or an inconvenience this will be the first thing we work together to change. An obsession with training led me to an obsession with the science of building muscle and losing fat, optimising movement and inner health.
