No energy to train on prep?

No energy to train on prep? Comp prep can sometime leave you a litte drained of energy and your training performance can decline. 

As food intake goes down this becomes more prevalent.

Always opt to make calorie reductions on meals away from your training session to keep training performance as high as possible.

If you train in the evening don’t go dipping your head into a bucket of cereal at 7am leaving yourself with no carbs in the pm for before and after your season 😉
