If It Was Easy Everyone Would Do It

So the worlds fat, yup i said and its okay we can say it. I mean in 2016 almost 40% of the adult world was overweight. And its not like we worked hard to get there, I mean I doubt you’ve met someone who said... “yeah i really struggled to get obese, had to watch what I ate every day and make sure i didn’t do anything, wasn’t always easy but I made it fam” ✌🏽.
So why the f#%! do you think its gonna be easy to undo it all?! Ever heard the saying “if it was easy everyone would do it”. Well its damn true if it was easy the world wouldn’t be in this mess!
So if you’re looking to make a change, to get into a healthy weight range, I applaud you, I support you and I’m here for you. But I’m also not going to brush over the fact that you are going to have to work, you are going to have to put effort in, there will be times when you’re hungry, you’re tired and you’re going to want to give up. Toughen up, it’s not always going to be that way, you will build new habits, you will learn to have balance in your life and enjoy the things you’ve always enjoyed.
Being negative, stamping your feet and throwing a tanty isn’t going to get you there (although will increase your NEAT 😏) accept that its a journey, you’re going to have to put some effort. The more positive you are, the more effort you put in, the more you will inspire others to do the same and hey maybe, just maybe we might see some change in the world 🤷🏽‍♂️.
