I started my journey as a trainer and coach in 2006 after dropping out of a Finance Degree I was midway through. My passion for nutrition and training started to consume my life and take up all my time. That’s when I realised the corporate life wasn’t for me and became a personal trainer.
Since then my never ending thirst for knowledge has lead me to work with and learn from some of the best coaches in the world.
Over the last 11 years I have worked as a personal trainer in both studios and big box gyms, then moving on to teaching trainers and directing and leading a team of 20+ trainers before opening up Strength Lab in 2017.
More recently my focuses lie in educating both trainers and clients on how to get the best results possible using my years of education and experience working with thousands of clients.
I also coach clients from beginners to advanced but mostly train clients with more advanced body composition goals and bodybuilding / physique / bikini competitors as that’s where my passion lies.
Being a bodybuilding / physique competitor myself for the last 7 years and coaching competitors for the last 10 years has given me plenty of experience with contest prep and bodybuilding competitors. I have coached countless winners and place getters in all federations of bodybuilding and fitness.
