first stepped into the gym at 18. I wasn’t playing any sport, didn’t like the way I looked, and felt stuck in my body. But when one of my closest friends transformed himself through training, it lit a fire in me. I saw what was possible and I knew I had to give it a shot.
That decision changed everything. As I trained consistently, my body changed but more importantly, so did my mindset. I became more confident, more energised, and finally felt like I had purpose and direction. Before long, I was helping friends with their training too because I loved it. That’s when I realised coaching was more than a hobby. It was the career I wanted to build.
Fast forward to today, and I’ve had the privilege of coaching a wide range of clients, helping them lose fat, build muscle, improve performance, and feel confident in their own skin. My coaching style blends evidence-based training, sustainable nutrition, and practical strategies that actually work in real life.
