Strength Lab is Melbourne’s Leading Personal Training Studio located in Hawthorn. Founded by Andrew Corbisiero.

His vision was to create a personal training studio that educates their clients and gets real results.

Sadly we see a lot of clients coming from either training on their own or with other trainers that are not getting the results they want and not doing things safely.

We don’t just offer personal training sessions like other PT studios or gyms where you pay for an amount of time with a trainer. We give you a complete plan that includes personal training sessions because what you do in the gym is only a small piece of the puzzle contributing to your results. We include everything you need to do outside of your personal training sessions to achieve your goal.

We focus on teaching you how to move correctly so you can train with intensity and not injure yourself in the process.

We specialise in building lean muscle and losing body fat through our methods of weight training and nutrition.

We have transformed hundreds of clients both physically and mentally. We guarantee you’ll look better, get stronger and have more energy day to day with our complete program.

We are not a membership gym. We only offer private personal training so that there’s no waiting for equipment and your trainer will be working with you every step of the way through your transformation journey.

OUR ONE-ON-ONE PERSONAL TRAINING PACKAGES INCLUDE:

  • Initial Consultation - An in depth look at your past and current training, nutrition, physiology, lifestyle and progress. This will help to create the best plan moving forward.

  • Personal Training - Train with one of our Strength Lab coaches at least once per week so you can 10X your results.

  • Nutrition Guidance & Education - Weekly nutrition guidance from your coach to teach you how to get results while being flexible with your lifestyle and what you eat.

  • Training Program - Your training program will be updated every 4-6 weeks based on your progress and goals. Your coach will provide you with a detailed description of each program and you’ll have video descriptions of each exercise so you can execute them safely and effectively.

  • Supplement Protocol - A personalised supplement protocol built to optimise your health and results.

  • Updates & Progress - We update your plan periodically based off your check ins and progress utilising photos, scale, circumference, progress in the gym and other body data to track your results and update your plan

  • Complete Support & Accountability - Receive close support from your coach via regular check ins and adjustments so you can continue to progress. 

  • The Strength Lab App - Have your training program, nutrition plan and your coach at your finger tips with the Strength Lab App.

    Strength Lab Personal Training Packages start at 12 weeks as thats the minimum amount of time we need to work with you to get you into the best shape of your life.
