Dylan Lindsay

When I think back on the past, starting to train in the gym was the best decision I ever made. Whilst I always loved sport and played footy from a young age, nothing could compare to the feeling of improving your mental and physical state by pushing your boundaries in the gym.

Weight training immediately improved my physical health, self confidence, happiness and created some amazing opportunities for me. Ultimately I knew that I could use the experience and knowledge I gained in my journey to improve other peoples lives for the better - and that’s where my coaching career started. I quit my job in construction and moved to Melbourne to study fitness with no back up plan, knowing that I had the passion and drive to make it in a very saturated industry. 

After graduating my Diploma of Fitness and getting a few years of training experience under my belt (including competing in the 2018 Australian Junior National Powerlifting Championships) I started working out of multiple high performance training facilities in Melbourne, finally leading to joining Melbourne’s best team of Body Composition coaches here at Strength Lab.

I pride myself on being able to get my clients amazing results. I love coaching anyone from beginners to advanced lifters - as long as they are eager to transform their body and put in the work to achieve the results!
