I began lifting weights around ten years ago, initially looking to gain some assistance towards my sports.

After spending some time training, I quickly realised the beneficial nature of weightlifting - both physically and mentally.

Ever since, lifting weights has been a necessary ingredient in maintaining a healthy lifestyle.

It’s something I’m passionate about, and something that I wish to impart onto others - assisting them in upgrading their life experience. ‘
