I have always been very passionate about fitness from a young age. Growing up with a dad who was so heavily into fitness it’s no surprise I chose the path of coaching.

I grew up dancing all of my life, I completed my diploma of dance at Jason Coleman’s ministry of Dance.

I then fell in love with strength training and went on to complete my certificate 3 and 4 in Fitness.

I have competed in 2 bikini class bodybuilding competitions and know what it takes to achieve a high level of fitness. I believe it is not just about building muscle, but also building mental resillance and discipline. I believe that how you do one thing is how you do everything. Taking the skills and discipline from bodybuilding and applying them to other areas of your life.

With a background in bodybuilding and a deep knowledge of nutrition I am committed to helping clients become the best version of themselves.
